If you dissent from any condition herein, immediate disconnection and cessation of terminal usage is mandatory.
These Terms govern all members, quantitative data consumers, API automated bots, and visitors across all terminal interfaces and smart shortcodes.

The quantitative scores, predictive machine learning models (XGBoost/Random Forest), historical gap metrics, and Live Radar telemetry furnished by this platform are exclusively engineered for educational, analytical, and research objectives.

Subscription Billing & Quotas
Premium tier access is provisioned on a continuous recurring subscription framework. Terms governing billing include:
- Billing Frequency: Fees are debited on the scheduled renewal anniversary corresponding to your selected tier (Monthly/Annual).
- Cancellation Sovereignty: You may cancel automated renewal at any instant from your member billing dashboard. Access persists through the paid period end.
- Refund Policy: Due to the instant disclosure of proprietary algorithms and live trade parameters, digital subscriptions are non-refundable once active.
Proprietary Algorithms & IP
All proprietary AI logic, mathematical models, visual interface designs, shortcodes, and brand assets powering Gap & Hold are the exclusive intellectual property of the operator and protected under international copyright law.
You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to utilize terminal outputs for your private trading analysis. Redistributing, rebroadcasting, or commercializing our signal feeds is strictly forbidden.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Gap & Hold, its creators, quantitative analysts, or infrastructure hosts be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, slippage, broker liquidation events, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use this terminal.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the operator against any financial claims arising from investment actions initiated on your trading accounts.
